Andrea King plays the small but pivotal role of Miss Idell in “Band of Angels” (1957). It gave her the chance to appear in a “Clark Gable film” that also starred Yvonne De Carlo and Sidney Poitier. When Miss Idell swoops in and steals the plantation right out from under the heroine’s nose, we see her march right off to stake her claim on an old outdoor set used as Twelve Oaks in the filming of “Gone With the Wind.”
