“The Linguini Incident” from 1991 is a quirky independent caper starring Rosanna Arquette as a wannabe escape artist (ala Houdini) and music superstar David Bowie as a man in search of a green card. It’s an unlikely romance in an unlikely plot. The film has a stellar cast however. In addition to Arquette and Bowie, it also features Marlee Matlin, Andre Gregory, Buck Henry, Viveca Lindfors, Maura Tierney, and additional cameos from the likes of supermodel Iman and character actor Lewis Arquette (Rosanna’s father).

With an eighteen-year absence from the big screen, Andrea King has a cameo as Charlotte, a patron in the crowd at the club, watching one of Rosanna Arquette’s stunts.
