Turner Classic Movies
Since the cable channel Turner Classic Movies (TCM) currently owns the broadcast rights for the Warner Bros., RKO, and MGM classic film libraries, this is a logical place to look for many of the movies Andrea King made during the Golden Age of cinema. TCM is truly a class act, showing films unedited, uninterrupted, and as often as possible restored and in high-definition, as well as original theatrical trailers, one-reel “wonders,” on-camera interviews and behind-the-scenes documentaries. Download a copy of their monthly schedule by clicking on this link, and keep your eyes open for Andrea’s star turns in films like “Hotel Berlin,” “The Beast With Five Fingers,” “The Man I Love,” “My Wild Irish Rose,” “Shadow of a Woman,” “God Is My Co-Pilot,” “Dial 1119,” and many others.
TV Guide’s website offers listings for videos, clips, and interviews, as well as on-demand streaming of Andrea’s available films and television appearances.
Internet Movie Database
Once again, the Internet Movie Database comes through with a page for upcoming airings of Andrea’s films, both here in the United States and abroad. Although I wouldn’t call it all-inclusive (they leave out TCM, for some reason), it’s still worth checking from time to time.
